Thinking about on-line games or chat? Recently I delved into the world of Pinochle games online. More difficult than the game (I'm a fairly decent player) were all the emoticons and chat expressions. The culture of chat and game rooms may also have its own unique language. As an example, 'NM' could stand for Nice Move or Nothing Much, but in Pinochle it means Nice Meld and 'P' usually stands for partner. Here's a brief outline of popular chat terms and emoticons.
