	Animalia This is a must for any child's library. This alphabet book is Fun and educational. It expands a child's vocabulary, language and visual skills. Each letter of the alphabet is craftily worded: 'Meticulous mice monitoring mysterious mathematical messages.' If you search hard enough throughout the book, there are many wonderful surprises. Beautifully illustrated. Great entertainment for those long car, plane, or train trips too!
	The Berenstain Bears and the Messy Room... Here's a good book for children about messy rooms. Available through Amazon
	Time for Bed This book has been a favorite of my children. Gentle, beautiful illustrations of 'parent' animals telling their young that it's time for bed - ends with parent and child 'time for bed.'
	Fuzzy Yellow Ducklings : Fold-Out Fun... My son has enjoyed this for many years. I started reading him this book when he was 3 years old. He's 6 now and still enjoys it. Many colors, shapes, and textures to feel.
	The Tea Party Book A tea party is a magical event in a little girl's life. This irresistible book presents nine wonderful tea party fantasies - complete with easy step-by-step directions to bring them to life. My daughter has enjoyed this book since she was 7 years old. We have used the wonderful suggestions and have built upon them with ideas of our own.
	The Twelve Gifts of Birth This book makes a wonderful keepsake for children as well as adults. It reminds us of each of our unique gifts and talents that we have to give.
	How Much Is a Million? This is a favorite in our family. Educational. The author is a mathematical magician who describes the concept of a million, billion and a trillion.
	The Chronicles of Narnia BOXED SET : The... These books by C.S. Lewis are favorites amongst my friends. Appropriate for children 9 + and adults. Rumor has it these stories were the favorites of J.K. Rowling, author of Harry Potter. The Chronicles of Narnia Audio... I've included a link for the audio cassettes. Nice for family listening in the car.
	The Alphabet Chest: A Collection of Three-Dimensional Treasures from A to Z We can't say enough about this creative box. The pull-out tabs reveal an enchanting surprise for each letter of the alphabet. It's entertaining for long car rides.
	The Lovables in the Kingdom of Self-Esteem The lovable team of animals deliver healthy affirmations to children. The colorful, illustrations are well done and a visual treat for the young.
	Designed by God, So I Must Be Special This is another of our favorite character building books.
	The Twelve Dogs of Christmas with CD (Audio) Although we have not even heard the cd, this book was a bedtime favorite of my children during the holidays. Great for dog lovers!
	I Love You the Purplest is about a wise and loving mother who reassures her two sons of the special place that each of them holds in her heart. A great story to answer the universal question, 'Who do you love the best?'
	A Quiet Place Don't we all need a quiet place? This book gives insight to children about the need to find a quiet place to think about our thoughts and feelings. It also suggests that sometimes we can find our own quiet place within ourselves.
